"For a big group the ecopods were great, we had the whole field to ourselves and the games room when it was a little cold. The kids (7 months to 13 years) had a blast playing jenga and swing ball, and the playground was great too.Craig was on hand with wood and kindly got the fire pit lit for us."Tip:
"We ate at the Knockerdown Inn, the food, service, value and friendliness of staff could not be faulted.Carsington is a must see."

"Absolutely awesome place perfect for a romantic getaway and great if you have kids. Met the owner Craig it was his birthday he is a great guy can't recommend the place enough! Top notch. There is a communal fire pit, giant Jenga, racket ball and a games room as well as a solar powered shack you can turn into a bar/disco which we did it was great 😀 Also plenty of sockets for phone charging and wood burner in huts to warm the winter evenings or heat the built in shower for the morning. "Tip:
"Knockerdown Inn next door to site serves great food or you can have a bbq on site either way you wont go hungry and there is plenty of birdwatching and other lake related activity as well as cycle hire at £15 a day from the owner"

"We just had a lovely 2 nights at the ecopods, staying in Mountain Ash. The pods had everything you could need for a relaxing break away.
Would definitely recommend a break here and we are already looking at rebooking later in the year.Communication with Craig was fantastic in advance and he even called to answer all the questions we had beforehand. Great service, thank you."Tip:
"The reservoir visitor centre sold doggy ice cream!!"
